I. Product Overview
The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed for three-phase AC systems operating at 50Hz to 60Hz, with rated voltages ranging from 380V to 660V and rated currents up to 4000A. It is suitable for both three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire power systems, serving as equipment for incoming feeder, bus tie, power distribution, lighting, power supply, capacitor compensation, and motor control and protection—enabling the reception and distribution of electrical energy. This product is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as in the power distribution centers (PC) and motor control centers (MCC) of high-rise buildings. The product complies with GB7251 and IEC61439 standards.

1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, with a daily average no higher than 35°C; the minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C.
2. The daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%; the daily average water vapor pressure does not surpass 2.2 kPa; the monthly average relative humidity remains below 90%; and the monthly average water vapor pressure stays under 1.8 kPa.

V. Product Features
1. The product features a closed structure, with functional units standardized and designed in 25mm modules;
2. The switchgear drawer is equipped with ball-bearing rollers, making it effortless and smooth to slide in and out, while ensuring stable and secure plug-in connections. The working, test, and isolated positions are reliably locked in place.
3. Added 1/2-function units, with the 160mm-high 1/2-function unit supporting a maximum current of 63A, and the 200mm-high 1/2-function unit capable of handling up to 100A.
4. The small mounting board for the buttons and indicator lights of the functional unit can be tilted forward by 90º, exposing the rear wiring for easy inspection and maintenance.
The main incoming switch features three-stage protection (instantaneous, short-time delay, and overload), working in coordination with the two-stage protection (instantaneous and overload) of the next-level main switch, ensuring safety and reliability.
5. Both the main switch and the bus tie switch can be equipped with automatic transfer and switching devices according to user requirements.
6. The main switch of the power distribution circuit features both instantaneous and overload protection; users can additionally install leakage protection if needed.
7. The electric control circuit features short-circuit protection, overload protection, undervoltage release, and phase-loss protection.
8. The main switch for lighting and household appliances features instantaneous, overload, and leakage protection, making it particularly suitable for powering portable devices such as power station hand grinders.
9. According to user requirements, the incoming power circuit can be equipped with an ammeter, as well as active and reactive energy meters. Generally, feeder circuits rated above 250A may or may not include current and energy meters; however, all other circuits rated at 37kW or 60A are designed to have an ammeter installed.
10. The facility is equipped with lighting and alarm systems in case of an accident.
11. Drawer heights are available in four sizes: 200, 300, 400, and 600; terminal room heights come in two options: 180 and 280.
12. The cumulative height of the drawers must not exceed 1800 mm (and the height of the lowest-level terminal room should be no less than 180 mm).
