JP Outdoor Integrated Distribution Box
The JP-type JP cabinet consists of a cabinet body, an open-type knife switch (isolator), plastic-enclosed circuit breakers, fuses, residual current protective circuit breakers, composite switches, an intelligent reactive power compensation controller, power capacitors, copper busbars, N busbars, PE busbars, PVC-insulated wires, insulators, and more. The cabinet body is fabricated by fully bending stainless steel plates, with localized welding applied where necessary. The prototype features both bottom-in and bottom-out wiring configurations for incoming and outgoing lines, respectively. The main switch is designed with top-in wiring. The compensation branch circuit comprises fuses, composite switches, and power capacitors, with fuses providing short-circuit protection. The power capacitor banks are available in both delta and star configurations. The main busbar is positioned at the upper part of the cabinet, while the copper busbars, N busbars, and PE busbars are made of bare copper with untreated surfaces, though some sections are partially encased in heat-shrink tubing.

Detailed introduction
JP Outdoor Integrated Distribution Box
I. Product Description
The JP-type JP cabinet consists of a cabinet body, an open-type knife switch (isolator), plastic-enclosed circuit breakers, fuses, residual current protective circuit breakers, composite switches, an intelligent reactive power compensation controller, power capacitors, copper busbars, N busbars, PE busbars, PVC-insulated wires, insulators, and more. The cabinet body is fabricated by fully bending stainless steel plates, with localized welding applied where necessary. In the prototype, the incoming and outgoing cable connections are arranged at the bottom—bottom-in and bottom-out. The main switch, however, features an upper-in wiring configuration. The compensation branch circuit comprises fuses, composite switches, and power capacitors, with fuses providing short-circuit protection. The power capacitor banks can be configured in either Δ (delta) or Y (star) arrangements. The main busbar is positioned at the top inside the cabinet; meanwhile, the copper busbars, N busbars, and PE busbars are made of bare copper with untreated surfaces, though some sections are partially encased in heat-shrink tubing.
