Detailed introduction
PM30 Series Indoor Lighting Enclosures
I. Product Description
The PZ30 series lighting distribution boxes come in two versions: featuring either an iron cover or a plastic cover. Designed as a modular terminal distribution box specifically tailored for the residential building market, these products can be widely used in factories, residential homes, office buildings, and other settings. The covers complement the box body perfectly, offering a soft, elegant, and harmonious aesthetic that highlights their sophisticated appeal.
II. Structural Features
1. The distribution box can accommodate various miniature circuit breakers with a modular pitch of 18mm, as well as 86-type sockets, allowing for the assembly of complete distribution units. It serves both as protection against overloads and short circuits in electrical circuits, and can also be used for temporary power distribution purposes.
2. The lighting switch distribution box features a three-part detachable structure consisting of the box base, mounting bracket, and box cover. Inside the box, there are terminal strips for the neutral (N) and grounding (PE) wires. Additionally, both the top and bottom of the box shell are equipped with knock-out holes, allowing for cable entry up to a maximum size of 16 square millimeters.
3. The internal guide rails, installed together with the switch, can be adjusted horizontally and in depth along with the faceplate, allowing for flexible installation to accommodate unevenness or inconsistent depths when recessed into walls.
4. The plastic-faced distribution box features a self-extinguishing, fire-resistant, transparent plastic panel embedded in the center of cold-rolled steel sheet; the switch handle can be operated by opening the front cover.
