2. Compensation Method: A combination of three-phase and single-phase compensation.
3. Compensation capacity: 420 kvar to 60 kvar.
4. Compensation methods: Cyclical switching, coded switching, and fuzzy-control-based automatic switching.
5. Control parameter: Reactive power or reactive current
6. Fastest Response Time: ≤20ms
6. Installation and Debugging
1. Pre-installation Inspection
Check whether the equipment is intact and undamaged, and verify that all accompanying documentation and accessories are complete. If any issues are found, contact the manufacturer promptly.
2. Pre-energization Checks and Experiments
After the product is installed and before it is put into operation, the following items must be inspected and tested.
1) Check whether the cabinet interior is dry and clean.
2) Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible—there should be no sticking, jamming, or excessive operating force.
3) Whether the switching of main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and whether the switching of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate.
4) Verify whether the instrument indications match the transformer ratio and polarity correctly.
5) Ensure that the busbar connections are secure, and verify that its insulation supports, mounting components, and accessories are firmly and reliably in place.
6) Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance, which must not be lower than 10 megohms. Before performing the measurement, disconnect electronic devices, capacitors, and current-consuming components such as coils.
3. Power-on Debugging
Commissioning of the Reactive Power Automatic Compensation Controller
The controller's factory-set input, cut-in threshold, delay time, and overvoltage threshold have already been calibrated according to relevant standards. If you need to readjust them, please follow the operating instructions for the reactive power automatic compensation controller.
7. Usage and Maintenance Precautions
1) The operation, maintenance, and repair of this product must be performed by qualified electrical personnel.
2) When performing maintenance, first disconnect the power supply, and only proceed with repairs after the compensation capacitors have fully discharged.
3) Perform maintenance regularly.
5) If a knife switch is selected as the main switch for the distribution box, it must be operated—both switching on and off—only under no-load conditions to ensure personal safety.
6) If users choose a comprehensive distribution box equipped with a reactive power compensation device, the reactive power automatic compensation controller included in the product must be operated and inspected strictly according to the instruction manual.
