The Stroke Center and Department of Neurology IV at the Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University currently have 39 registered nurses and 11 assistant nurses, including 1 chief nurse, 2 associate chief nurses, 11 senior nurses, 22 staff nurses, and 3 regular nurses. Among the team, 2 members hold master’s degrees, while the rest have bachelor’s degrees. Under the leadership of Head Nurse Liu Zhaojun, the nursing team efficiently delivers comprehensive, specialized stroke care along with distinctive outreach activities, successfully establishing a one-stop stroke treatment model that integrates stroke management, critical care, screening, preventive measures, acute intervention, rehabilitation, and health education.
