1. Every profession has its expertise—nurses have their specialties.
The Stroke Center and the Neurology Nursing Team IV have integrated comprehensive, high-quality nursing care with specialized expertise, creating a distinctive specialty nursing model characterized by "nurses with specialized skills managing dedicated patients." Based on the department's strategic positioning and evolving trends, and in response to clinical needs, they have progressively trained 17 nationally and provincially recognized specialist nurses across various fields— including thrombolysis, rehabilitation, intravenous therapy, enteral nutrition tube placement, neurology-specific care, wound, ostomy, and incontinence management, neurocritical care, and cerebrocardiovascular health management. This approach ensures that critically ill neurological patients receive multi-faceted, all-around assessments and expert-level care, elevating clinical nursing services through specialized practice while continuously innovating the specialty nursing model. As a result, the center has earned widespread recognition and positive feedback from both patients and the community.

2. The "Six-in-One" Comprehensive Optimization Closed Loop Management
The Stroke Center and the four neurology departments are committed to precision-based management, establishing a comprehensive, specialized, and closed-loop system that integrates "rapid thrombolysis, critical care monitoring, nutritional support, stroke rehabilitation, intravenous therapy, and personalized follow-up." This meticulous, step-by-step approach ensures every second counts, enabling us to act swiftly and decisively—giving patients the best possible chance to save their lives and maximize brain recovery.
"The Stroke Care Team" swiftly implements intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment for patients in the acute phase of stroke. "Time is brain"—every minute counts in reducing Door-to-Needle Time (DNT) and accelerating critical treatment processes, ultimately buying precious time to save the brain.
“The NICU Critical Care Team” effectively collaborates with physicians to provide emergency care and specialized life support for critically ill stroke patients, helping to reduce stroke-related complications and lower mortality rates.
The "Nutrition Team" develops optimal nutrition plans and exercise prescriptions based on patients' dietary and nutritional status, helping to reduce stroke-related complications and successfully improving patient outcomes.
The "Infusion Therapy Team" carefully selects the appropriate vascular access based on patients' medication needs and medical conditions, pioneering the clinical implementation of mid-to-long catheter placement along with specialized maintenance of various access types—ultimately reducing infusion-related complications and ensuring patients have a reliable lifeline.
The "Rehabilitation Team" provides effective rehabilitation care guidance tailored to each patient's condition, helping to reduce disability rates among stroke patients, improve their prognosis and quality of life, and support their successful reintegration into family and society.
"Precision Follow-Up" has built a professional bridge for delivering continuous care, successfully completing over 20,000 patient follow-ups. It has been recognized as an outstanding unit in the National Screening and Intervention Program for High-Risk Stroke Populations, serving as a leading example as a National Advanced Stroke Center and actively driving the development of regional stroke centers.
The nurses of the Stroke Center and Ward 4 of Neurology firmly uphold the philosophy of "Attention to detail creates satisfaction, and a warm smile brings rewards," delivering comprehensive, six-in-one, end-to-end closed-loop nursing care to every patient. Through meticulous management, they are building a highly cohesive, harmonious, and forward-thinking nursing team that thrives in today’s dynamic era. Committed to excellence, this team is eager to innovate, enriching the field of nursing, earning pride for the hospital, and making meaningful contributions to patients’ well-being.
