On May 20, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Guangzhou Yi Bian Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. [Guangyi Bian New Energy Intelligent Equipment Industry Base] project was held with great ceremony.
The project is located at the heart of the Lion Ocean Growth Pole's cluster for specialized, niche, and innovative enterprises (within the Panyu Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Park—Shiqi area). It is planned on a total site area of 10,890.7 square meters, with a total floor area exceeding 50,683 square meters. The development will include two state-of-the-art, 16-story factory buildings, and the total estimated investment amounts to 160 million yuan.
At the ceremony, Peng Jingwei, Chairman of Guangzhou Yibian Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., and members of the board of directors were present. President of the Luhe Chamber of Commerce in Guangzhou Xie Jianhui, Executive Chairman Hu Xulin, Dean of Kojian Design Institute and President of the Huangpu Construction Association, along with Zhao Yingwu and core partners, jointly laid the foundation stone for the project, officially marking its entry into the construction phase.
