【Summary Description 】 As the headquarters office building for China Southern Airlines Group, the project boasts a total floor area of 194,729㎡, with a total structural height of 159.9 meters and comprises 40 floors—36 above ground and 4 below. In terms of structural design, the main tower features a steel plate wall core, while the exterior frame columns are made of circular steel tubular columns. The connection between the steel plate walls and steel tubular columns is achieved using U-shaped beams. This project marks only the fourth such structure built in China—and the first in Guangdong Province. Reliable and safe permanent power supply to the facility is provided by advanced electrical distribution equipment.
