I. Product Overview
The GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear is designed according to the requirements of a wide range of power users and design departments, adhering to the principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. This low-voltage distribution cabinet is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power-user applications, handling AC systems with a frequency of 50 Hz, a rated operating voltage of 380V, and a rated operating current up to 4000A. It serves as the primary equipment for electrical energy conversion, distribution, and control in power, lighting, and general-purpose distribution systems. The product complies with GB7251 and IEC61439 standards.

1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, with a daily average no higher than 35°C; the minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C.
2. The daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%; the daily average water vapor pressure does not surpass 2.2 kPa; the monthly average relative humidity remains below 90%; and the monthly average water vapor pressure stays under 1.8 kPa.

V. Product Features
1. The product consists of a closed cabinet structure, with TMY hard copper busbars used as the main busbar system. The horizontal busbar is installed on the top of the cabinet using a dedicated busbar frame, while the vertical busbars are securely fixed with busbar clamps.
2. The protection circuit of the switchgear consists of a separately installed PE conductor that runs along the entire length of the arrangement, as well as conductive metal components; the N busbar is positioned at the front of the cabinet.
3. The cabinet frame is constructed using 8MF steel profiles (cold-rolled steel bent into shape) or C-shaped profiles assembled with specialized connectors. Its mounting module features holes spaced at either 20mm or 25mm intervals, while the cabinet surface is finished with a high-pressure electrostatic powder coating that offers excellent adhesion and a premium tactile quality.
