Product Features 1. The product consists of a fully enclosed cabinet structure. The busbars are made of TMY hard copper bars, with horizontal busbars installed atop the cabinet using dedicated busbar frames, and vertical busbars secured by busbar clamps. 2. The protective circuitry of the switchgear comprises a separately installed PE conductor running along the entire length of the arrangement, complemented by conductive metal components. The N busbar is positioned at the front of the cabinet. 3. The cabinet’s main frame is constructed from 8MF steel profiles (cold-rolled steel bent into shape) or C-channel sections assembled using specialized connectors. The mounting module features holes spaced at either 20mm or 25mm intervals. The cabinet surface is coated with high-pressure electrostatic powder coating, offering excellent adhesion and a premium texture. 4. The product boasts advanced design, innovative and rational structural features, superior protection ratings, large capacity, robust short-circuit breaking capabilities, and outstanding dynamic and thermal stability. Its electrical configurations are practical, versatile, and widely applicable, making it suitable as a modernized replacement solution. 5. The primary configuration options include: overhead incoming power, cable incoming power, standby power input, bus tie, air circuit breaker feed, knife-fuse switch feed, current-limiting air circuit breaker feed, contactor feed, fuse feed, lighting circuits, and reactive power compensation systems.
The XGW-12 series outdoor box-type switchgear is developed and manufactured by our company, incorporating advanced foreign technologies and tailored to the unique characteristics of China's regional distribution networks as well as the ongoing cable-based transformation of urban distribution systems. It represents an internationally first-class, gas-insulated outdoor switchgear solution. The XGW-12 outdoor box-type switchgear utilizes the SF6-12 series fully enclosed, fully insulated ring network switchgear, which boasts advantages such as modularity, scalability, complete sealing, superior insulation, exceptional safety and reliability, and virtually maintenance-free operation. Designed to thrive in even the harshest environments, this equipment is widely deployed in industrial parks, residential areas, streets, airports, bustling commercial centers, and other critical locations. Additionally, it can be easily expanded to integrate advanced distribution network automation features, paving the way for smarter, more resilient, and highly intelligent power grids.
The DFW-12 outdoor cable distribution box is a complementary device designed for new distribution networks and urban grid renovations. It is specifically used at cable junctions in 12kV AC cable systems to distribute electrical power. Featuring a simple and convenient connection method, it boasts full insulation, complete sealing, corrosion resistance, maintenance-free operation, high safety and reliability, compact size, lightweight design, aesthetically pleasing appearance, oil-free operation, easy installation, flexible grounding options, and the unique advantage of having no live components exposed. Thanks to advanced technology, it effectively addresses challenging tasks such as "T"-type cable connections and multi-way in-and-out feed configurations in ring network power supply systems.
The product is suitable for three-phase AC distribution systems ranging from 3 to 24 kV, 50 Hz, and serves as a ring network power supply unit and terminal equipment—specifically, a complete set of high-voltage AC switchgear.
